Anti-UV glossy cold lamination film is applied over compatible printed graphics without heat. Its high-gloss PVC surface helps enhance color saturation, contrast and visual clarity while adding a protective layer over the printed image.

The anti-UV functionality is intended to help reduce UV-related fading when printed graphics are exposed to sunlight. The film also provides general surface protection against scratches, dirt, moisture and regular handling.

This 1550 mm wide-format option is supplied in a 45 m roll and uses pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive with a PE-coated release liner. It is suitable for large signage, exhibition graphics, wide display boards, promotional prints and commercial print finishing workflows.

■ Cold Lamination Instructions

1. Allow the printed media to dry, cure or outgas according to the printer, ink and media supplier recommendations.
2. Ensure the printed surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil and moisture.
3. Confirm that the 1550 mm film width covers the complete printed graphic and required trimming allowance.
4. Load and align the wide-format roll carefully in the cold laminator.
5. Remove the release liner gradually while applying consistent pressure across the full width.
6. Maintain alignment and tension to reduce wrinkles, trapped air and edge lifting.
7. Test adhesion, appearance and compatibility on the actual printed substrate before full-volume production.
