Glossy cold lamination film is a pressure-sensitive protective film applied over printed graphics without heat. Its high-gloss surface creates a brighter, more reflective appearance while helping protect the printed image from scratches, dirt, moisture and damage caused by regular handling.

This 1550 mm wide-format option is supplied in a 45 m roll and uses pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive with a PE-coated release liner. It is suitable for large signage, exhibition panels, advertising graphics, display prints, posters and compatible printable vinyl.

■ How to Select the 1550 mm Width

• Confirm the maximum working width of the cold laminator before ordering.
• Measure the printed graphic and include the trimming allowance required by the production process.
• Select the 1550 mm option for graphics wider than the 940 or 1295 mm product range.
• Confirm that production staff and equipment can safely handle the 17 kg roll.
• Check storage, lifting and transportation requirements for the 160 cm package length.

■ Cold Lamination Instructions

1. Allow the printed media to dry, cure or outgas according to the printer, ink and media supplier recommendations.
2. Ensure the printed surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil and moisture.
3. Confirm that the 1550 mm film width covers the complete printed graphic and required trimming allowance.
4. Load and align the wide-format roll carefully in the cold laminator.
5. Remove the release liner gradually while applying consistent pressure across the full width.
6. Monitor alignment, tension and edge position to reduce wrinkles, trapped air and uneven lamination.
7. Test adhesion and visual appearance on the actual printed substrate before full-volume production.

This standard glossy cold lamination film is primarily designed to enhance surface gloss and provide general protection for printed graphics.
