How to Choose the Correct Roll Width

Measure the finished graphic width and include the trimming allowance required by the production process.
Select a lamination roll wide enough to cover the complete print without leaving an unprotected edge.
Confirm the maximum working width of the cold laminator before ordering.
Use the 940 mm option for narrower graphics, 1295 or 1370 mm for common wide-format production, and 1550 mm for larger signage and display graphics.
Confirm core compatibility, roll weight, handling capacity and storage requirements.

Semi-Matte vs Glossy vs Matte Lamination Film

Choose semi-matte film when a balanced finish with subtle sheen and reduced glare is required. Choose Glossy Cold Lamination Film when vivid color, stronger contrast and a highly reflective surface are the main priorities.

Choose Matte Cold Lamination Film when maximum glare reduction and a softer, non-reflective appearance are preferred.

Cold Lamination Application Notes
