■ What Is Bubble-Free Blockout Printable Vinyl?

Bubble-Free Blockout Printable Vinyl is a self-adhesive PVC printing media designed to combine background-blocking performance with an installation-oriented air-release liner.

The specially engineered Bubble-Free Release Liner has a textured surface designed to help trapped air escape during application. This can support smoother installation, particularly on larger graphic surfaces where trapped air pockets may otherwise affect positioning and finishing.

The blockout construction is intended to reduce background show-through, while the matte printable surface provides a softer, lower-reflection visual appearance for professional commercial graphics.

This 1295 mm version uses 120 µm matte PVC with acrylic adhesive and is supplied in a 1295 mm × 45 m roll. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and UV printing workflows.

■ How Does the Bubble-Free Release Liner Work?

During installation of a pressure-sensitive adhesive graphic, air can become trapped between the vinyl and the mounting surface. This is particularly relevant on larger adhesive graphics, where trapped air can make positioning and finishing more difficult.

The textured structure of the Bubble-Free Release Liner is designed to support air release during application, helping trapped air move away as pressure is progressively applied to the graphic.

■ Printing & Installation Notes

1. Select appropriate printer, ink and media settings for solvent, eco-solvent or UV printing.
2. Allow printed media to dry or cure according to the printer and ink supplier recommendations.
